What is the Trust Fund?
The Bethany Trust Fund is a means by which you can leave a legacy of your faith in God. The Trust Fund is overseen by a Committee elected by the congregation, to wisely invest gifts of benevolence so that it grows, which is then used to advance the mission of Bethany and make a difference in the world.
The Trust Fund is a perpetual fund, where the principal balance is retained and the gifts are made from interest and earnings. Careful planning and consideration is given by the committee to ensure the perpetuity of these donated assets.
Donate to the Trust Fund
Tax deductible contributions can be made:
- Directly with a check
- Appreciated stock (to help the fund and create a tax benefit)
- Planned giving through your estate
- Contributions through your Donor Advised Fund
Submit a Request
If you feel you have a project that fits the mission of the Trust Fund, please print and complete a request form for consideration. The Committee meets quarterly to review requests. Forms can be printed and submitted in hard copy or filled out digitally and emailed.
