Bethany is in the process of finding a new lead pastor. Sometimes pastors aren't looking for a change, but an opportunity opens up.
That's what working at Bethany is, an opportunity.
A well-cared for facility, strong volunteer leadership, financial stability, a love for people and a desire to continue serving the Rice Lake area with God's guidance.

Heavenly Father,
We invite You into this time of prayer as we seek Your guidance in the call for a new pastor. Lead us with wisdom and discernment, and prepare the heart of the pastor You have chosen to serve our church. Help us to be patient, prayerful and open to Your will. May You guide every conversation and decision, and may Your peace be with us throughout this process.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
