Bethany: Are we trying to get through the eye of the needle? 

Pastor Russ' message on Sunday, October 11 was based on the reading of Mark 10:25, which states: "It is much harder for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God than for a camel to go through the eye of a needle." Our presperity is unimaginable for the vast majority of God's earthly kingdom.

The Bright Side: We can share our wealth through generous donation of our time, talent, money and facilities. Yes facilities! Our money says: "In God We Trust." Do we trust that God will supply our needs?

It is hard to outgive the Lord. As we continue our support of Bethany ministries including our facilities, we extend our love to those in our community and throughout the world. By sharing our gifts in God's service, more things are possible than we can imagine through our own strength and ability.
